Admissions Document Submission Guidelines

Undergraduate Applicants

Undergraduate applicants may submit admissions documents including high school transcripts, college transcripts, official test scores, and application fee waivers via one of the following methods:

  1. TREx-Texas Records Exchange (for Texas High Schools only)
  2. EDI-Electronic Data Interchange (for Texas Colleges and Universities only)
  3. Sent directly from the prior institution to the Admissions email: admissions@tamusa.edu
  4. By mail to:

  5. SAT & ACT: Scores will be accepted via direct transmission from a testing agency:
    • SAT Code: 5996
    • ACT Code: 5350
  6. Other third-party vendors that deliver official transcripts to TAMUSA include: Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, Greenlight, Scribbles, and e-Scrip Safe.
  • NOTE: All documents submitted through the application at apply.tamusa.edu are considered unofficial. Please reference the list above for information on official document submissions.

Foreign Credential Evaluation Report for Undergraduate Applicants

All foreign credential evaluation reports (course by course or document by document) should be mailed, from one of the five services below, directly to Texas A&M University San Antonio.

  1. Foreign Credentials Services of America
  2. Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc.
  3. Global Credential Evaluators, Inc.
  4. World Education Services
  5. SpanTran: The Evaluation Company

Graduate Applicants

Graduate applicants may submit admissions documents including college transcripts, letters of degree completion/awarded, official test scores, personal statements, and resumes via one of the following methods:

  1. Request official e-transcripts from all US institutions attended to be sent to GradCAS through the online order portal. If your institution does not have official e-transcripts available, they can be mailed to the GradCAS processing center. How to send official transcripts to GradCAS.
  2. All graduate admissions test score reports will be accepted via direct transmission from a testing agency.

  • Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT): 7B7-9D-05
