Student Conduct
Student Rights and Responsibilities upholds the Student Conduct process for academic, behavioral, and sexual misconduct violations on campus. If you see or know of a student who may violate the Student Code of Conduct, please submit a Student Conduct report.
Academic Misconduct
As a member of an academic community, students at Texas A&M University-San Antonio are expected to exhibit a high level of honesty and integrity in their pursuit of higher education, be mature, be self-directed, and be able to manage their affairs. Students unwilling to abide by these basic expectations will face academic and disciplinary sanctions.
Grievance/Formal Complaint
Texas A&M University-San Antonio seeks to provide fair and objective procedures for hearing student non-academic complaints/academic complaints and endorses compliance with the spirit of non-discrimination regulations. Informal complaints may be filed, verbally or in writing, with offices across campus. Please submit the Student Grievance Report Form if issued is unable to be resolved.

Title IX
Title IX of the Education Amendment of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in educational programs and activities. Sex or gender-based harassment, including sex or gender-based violence, is a form of sex discrimination prohibited under Title IX. Examples of prohibited activity include sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, sexual exploitation, unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature without consent. Pregnancy & Parenting Students: Title IX also prohibits sex discrimination based on a student's pregnancy, childbirth, false pregnancy, termination of pregnancy, or recovery from any of these is not permitted in educational programs and activities. Victim Services
The Office of Victim Services (OVS) provides a safe, private place for individuals who have questions or concerns about sexual assault, intimate partner violence, stalking, domestic violence, and any other crime to talk to a professional Victim Advocate, who are available to provide emotional support and help victims meet their immediate needs.
