• About YOUR Orientation

  
  It's time to meet your new University community! Orientation is an excellent opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with the University and meet your future classmates. Campus offices and departments will come together to welcome you and share important information to ensure you have a great start to your Jaguar experience.

• Pick YOUR Orientation Date

  
  Once you are accepted you will be invited via email to confirm your enrollment at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. When you get the email asking you to confirm your enrollment, select “YES” and you’ll be directed to the Enrollment Confirmation page. Complete the form and answer the required questions. Then, you’ll get to select how you would like to complete transfer orientation--either in-person or online. Spring 2025 Transfer Orientation will open October 1.

• What YOU Will Learn

  
  If you opt to complete Transfer Orientation in-person you’ll get to sign-up for a specific day and you’ll get to explore campus, learn more about the University, and meet tons of new students just like you. You’ll also get to meet faculty in your major and talk with an academic advisor about your first semester of classes! If you prefer to complete Transfer Orientation online you will get a link and will be able to complete it within 1-2 hours.

• Why YOU Should Attend

  
  Completing orientation is mandatory for all transfer students before you can register for classes.

• How YOU Can Reserve Your Spot

• Your Family Is Invited, Too!

  
  As you sign-up for New Student Orientation, don't forget to invite your family! Your mom, dad, aunts, uncles, "tios y tias," brothers, sisters, cousins, "primos y primas," and friends can take part in a special orientation just for them! The Jaguar Family Orientation program provides helpful resources and tools to help your family and friends assist you in your new Jaguar Journey!
