About YOUR Orientation
New Student Orientation is an exciting experience for any new, incoming student and their families. You’ll get to explore campus, learn more about the University, and meet tons of new students just like you. You’ll also get to meet faculty in your major and talk with an academic advisor about your first semester of classes! -
Pick YOUR Orientation Date
First-Year students can choose from in-person or virtual options for Fall 2024. Once you are accepted you will be invited via email to confirm your enrollment at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. When you get the email asking you to confirm your enrollment, select “YES” and you’ll be directed to the Enrollment Confirmation page. Complete the form and answer the required questions. Then, you will get to choose a date for New Student Orientation. For Spring 2025 orientation will open October 1. -
What YOU Will Learn
At NSO, you will learn about campus expectations and the helpful student resources available to you! Additionally, you will meet your academic advisor, register for classes and understand how to pay for college. -

By attending orientation, you will put yourself in the best position to kick off your Jaguar experience! You will get answers to any questions that you may have and get to know your new University family! -
How YOU Can Reserve Your Spot

Your Family Is Invited, Too!
As you sign-up for New Student Orientation, don't forget to invite your family! Your mom, dad, aunts, uncles, "tios y tias," brothers, sisters, cousins, "primos y primas," and friends can take part in a special orientation just for them! The Jaguar Family Orientation program provides helpful resources and tools to help your family and friends assist you in your new Jaguar Journey!
