Request a Jaguar Ambassador

Please fill out the Jaguar Ambassador Request Form to the best of your ability.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

1. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks advance notice for submittal of all requests. The advanced notice is to ensure proper coverage is available, as the Ambassadors are students and their class schedules must be taken into consideration. Requests submitted without advance notice will be processed in the order they were received.
2. Submit one request per event.
3. Ambassador(s) will arrive 15 minutes prior to the event unless requested earlier.
4. A&M-San Antonio Ambassadors are public relations hosts for the University. They are available to serve at University-sponsored events. They are not to be utilized for manual labor.
5. Requests are reviewed & assigned based upon availability.
6. Ambassador availability is not guaranteed for all requests.
