The Division of Student Affairs will expand efforts to reduce the time to degree completion by implementing purposeful retention and graduation initiatives.

• Objective 1 - Milestone Engagement: Celebrate students becoming sophomores, juniors, and seniors by engaging them in two campus wide events for each classification by spring 2025
• Objective 2 - Classification Checklist Engagement: Implement an interactive classification check list webpage for each classification; first-year students, sophomores, juniors, and seniors by fall 202
• Objective 3 - Family Support Engagement: Support student parents by offering event specific child watch during two (2) leadership or development opportunities each semester by fall 2024
• Objective 4 - Registration Engagement: Coordinate an at-risk student call campaign at priority registration each fall and spring semester by spring 2022
• Objective 5 - Class Registration Engagement: Collaborate to host two class registration informational events each fall and spring semester during priority registration and right before the semester starts by 2023
