Texas A&M University-San Antonio employee Clarissa Tejeda joined The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in the 48th Leadership San Antonio (LSA) class.

Tejeda serves A&M-SA as the Director of Employer Relations and Community Outreach in the Mays Center for Experiential Learning & Community Engagement. Tejeda joins members from across all professions and backgrounds in this year's class.

In its 49-year history, LSA’s primary goal remains to help mold sensitive, responsible, and committed leaders and ensure a prosperous future for San Antonio. LSA class participants are selected from all community segments and must have demonstrated leadership and held responsible positions in their chosen profession. LSA seeks people dedicated to serving their community, and applicants must show a sincere commitment and desire to increase their level of service by assuming key leadership positions and engaging in Chamber work on Councils and Committees.

Tejeda said, “I am beyond honored to represent the Jaguar community as a member of Leadership San Antonio (LSA)’s Class 48, the Year of Service. This year will be a unique blend of knowledge, collaboration, and community engagement as my classmates and I collectively chart the course for positive change and impactful leadership in our vibrant city.”
