Here are the latest updates of our BluePrint 2021

Campus Environment

Classes will continue to have various instruction modes: face-to-face, hybrid, and entirely online.

Students and employees will be allowed to arrive on campus as long as they are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Outdoor events, along with indoor and outdoor gatherings, will return to normal.

At this time, masks are no longer mandatory on campus or in classrooms, although masks are still highly encouraged for those not vaccinated or those wishing to wear them.

The on-campus COVID-19 Testing Center will remain open Monday through Friday, and records of all testing results will be kept on file.

COVID-19 exposure or cases will require isolation and quarantine measures.

Positive COVID test or expose should still be reported to the university through the Reporting Portal

Weekly reporting of case numbers will be posted to the CST (Community. Safety. Together.) website.

Campus Events:

During the Week or Welcome, students will be provided with wristbands to indicate their social distance preferences.

Green: I’m okay to be around others. High fives are fantastic!

Yellow: I am somewhat okay maybe give me a bit of room

Red: I would like to socially distance, let’s stay 6-feet-away

Vaccination opportunities:

Vaccination on-campus pop-up sights were available to students during Move-in Day and JagX. Students should check our social media and their student emails for more opportunities.

Mandatory testing:

The on-campus COVID-19 Testing Center will remain open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.–noon and 1–3 p.m. They are closed for the lunch hour 12 p.m.-12:59 p.m. Testing is available to on-campus students, faculty, and staff exhibiting COVID-19-like symptoms or come in contact with a person confirmed to have COVID-19. Individuals will need their insurance card or plan # when coming for a test.  Anyone without insurance is still accepted at no cost. Test providers will ask general health questions at the time of the test.

Jaguar App:

The Jaguar Mobile app (JagApp) now features a daily wellness check-in to guide you through health screening for the symptoms of COVID-19.
