If you are hosting an event but do not intend to apply for PCOE₂ sponsorship funding, you may still request PCOE₂ endorsement of your event. Events that are endorsed will receive a stamp on their flyers as well as standard verbiage in The Growler and on the university’s calendar stating: PCOE₂ Equity-Minded Event. The following are the criteria for endorsement:

• Goal: Event/activity will advance diversity, equity, and/or inclusion on campus.
• Impact: Event/activity will have a broad impact on the campus community.

To apply for endorsement:

• Submit your flyer using the Request Our Support web form on the Office of Marketing and Communications website.
• Check the “I am requesting PCOE₂ endorsement for my event.” box (under the PCOE2 heading).
• Your request will be routed to the PCOE₂ for approval. PCOE₂ will let you know if your event meets the endorsement criteria.
• If you received sponsorship funds from the PCOE₂, your event will automatically be endorsed (just be sure to check the box as instructed above).
