Committees and Membership
The members of the PCOE2 are nominated and include members of different colleges, academic and institutional divisions, as well as student representatives that serve for a period of two years. The members are organized into committees overseeing equity targeted areas.

Chair: Eliasz McCullen, Co-Chair: Craig Elmore Focus: Contribute to cultural knowledge, awareness, skills and resources to enhance the A&M-SA faculty, staff, students and surrounding communities. Charge: Contribute to Heritage Month planning and programming, Provide and support cultural awareness initiatives on campus, Advocate for Community needs and opportunities. |

Focus: Provide academic and professional knowledge that advances best practices to advance DEI strategies and initiatives. Charge: Develop strategies to incorporate DEI in curriculum and administrative duties across campus. Identify and bring in academic/professional resources for faculty, staff, and students to develop training for our target audiences. |

Chair: Dr. Joseph Pickering Focus: Develop programming and communication that advances the values and goals of the PCOE2 through the university campus and outside communities. Charge: Propose PCOE themes, topics for events, establish communication plan to promote the PCOE2 work and resources to internal and external stakeholders. |
Chair: Melissa Morales Focus: Lead the strategic framework to advance DEI goals for the PCOE2 to support the A&M-SA strategic plan and mission regarding DEI. Charge: Provide informed strategies and initiatives to define the PCOE2 goals and framework, establish policies and procedures for the commission and committee dynamics, prepare the Annual Framework report. |
