The HIRED! Professional Development Certificate is a way for students to engage in their own professional development! We recognize that many students already have a lot of experience in the workforce while others have very little. Our goal is to prepare students to be career-ready when they graduate.

The components of this certificate are created based on what employers are saying they look for when hiring and retaining talented new individuals, which was researched and collected by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE).

Graduates of the certificate program will become knowledgeable and skilled in the following areas:

• Personal branding
• Digital Legacy
• Networking
• Personal coaching
• Understanding and utilizing personal strengths

In order to begin your leadership journey, please complete the following registration form. Once your registration form is approved, you will be entered into a Path that you will follow to complete your leadership journey.

Upon completion of the certificate program, students will receive:

• A completion certificate
• Credit toward the Emerging Leaders Certificate Program
• Credit on their experience transcript
