Paul Hensley is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Holt Texas, Ltd. (HOLT CAT), the authorized Caterpillar dealer for North, Central and South Texas.  Hensley is an officer of the company, serving in several roles including Secretary and Treasurer since 2010. Hensley joined the dealership in 2000 and has been part of the leadership team that has seen the dealership grow more than ten-fold during his tenure, becoming the largest Caterpillar dealer in the United States and one of the biggest in the world.  Hensley is also an officer of several affiliated Holt entities including Holt Renewables, Holt Industrial Air Systems, Holt Truck Centers, LLC, and Holt Wind Resources, LLC, as well as being the Family Office Executive the Holt Family Office which covers 4 generations of family.

He has over 35 years of accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries including distribution, manufacturing, restaurants, pharmaceuticals and waste services.  Hensley is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas.  He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, the San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs, is a past president of the San Antonio Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) and a current board member of the chapter and is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors at the FEI national level.

Hensley serves a variety of charitable organizations primarily focused on youth and education.  He is on the executive board of Junior Achievement of South Texas and is the Board Chairman of The Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio.  Hensley is President of the St. Mary’s University Meadows Center for Entrepreneurial Studies Entrepreneurship Speaker Series and is also the Vice Chairman of the St. Mary’s University Bill Greehey School of Business Advisory Council of Executives (ACEs). He is also on the Texas A & M - San Antonio Foundation Board, as well as the Chair Elect of the Trinity University Alumni Association Board

Hensley is married to Nicole Hensley, a Regional Marketing Manager at VACO. They have two grown sons, the oldest is a banker in San Antonio and the youngest is an actor in New York City.

Hensley enjoys working in his yard and square foot vegetable gardening, bike riding, traveling, collecting wine and spoiling his granddaughter.
