Class Descriptions

Boxing & Barbells

Boxing & Barbells is the only group fitness program that offers authentic boxing and weight training combined. The class is timed and not done to the beat of the music, which makes it different than any other group fitness class. There is a COD (Combo of the Day) for each class that is taught and used throughout the class. This ensures that members leave with a sense of accomplishment, not only for the workout but for their ability to learn the combo. 

If you want some killer cardio exercise with authentic boxing techniques, while getting your weightlifting workout in, Boxing and Barbells was made for you.

Ab Lab

This speedy class is packed with plenty of moves to strengthen your abs, lower back and trunk. 

(Class Time: 30 minutes)

Total Body Strength

This total workout will keep you smiling and sweating ‘till the very end! Enjoy different variations throughout the semester of this class to help you get toned and strong.

(Class time: 50 minutes)

Body Sculpt

This class works to target specific areas of the body to increase endurance and flexibility. Through resistance and body weight exercises, you will be sure to start toning up!

Yoga

This class meets your body where it is, including bodies with limited mobility, flexibility and balance. Regardless of age, ability level or experience, you will be offered personalized adaptations of fundamental yoga poses. Each student receives support to enhance and deepen their mind-body connection.
