Graduate Merit Scholarship - STEM

The Graduate Merit Scholarships aim to attract outstanding master's students to Texas A&M University-San Antonio. These scholarships can be combined with graduate assistantships or departmental scholarships to create an appealing financial aid package for exceptional applicants. Graduate Merit Scholarships provide $1,000 to new master’s students for their first academic year of study and make them eligible for in-state tuition. To be eligible for the merit scholarship in M.S. Biology, M.S. Computer Science, M.S. Cyber Security, M.S., Psychology, or M.S. Water Resources Science & Technology. Graduate Studies Scholarship

Graduate Studies scholarships at Texas A&M University-San Antonio aim to support students who demonstrate intellectual, creative, and leadership promise in their pursuit of a master’s or doctoral degree. These scholarships are open to both newly admitted and continuing students and are awarded biannually. Graduate Studies scholarship provides $1,000 as recommended by the scholarship selection committee and approved by the Dean of Graduate Studies. The application deadlines for the Graduate Studies scholarship are as follows: April 1 for Fall semester and October 1 for Spring semester. Proyecto Éxito Need-Based Scholarship

This scholarship is sponsored by Proyecto Éxito and is for graduate students who have financial need. The purpose of this scholarship is to allow graduate students to apply for first tuition dollars, or supplemental funds (to complete a financial aid package). This scholarship will vary in size but begins at $1,000. The Scholarship Selection Committee will review and score applications based on a rubric. Awards will be given just prior to the start of the fall, spring, and summer terms, as funding is available. For eligibility requirements and application please see the link below.
