A&M-San Antonio makes every effort to be a Military Embracing campus. To help us reach our goal, we offer all of our disabled and decorated veterans exemption from parking permit fees. Please note that this does not include any citation fees or replacement fees if you lose your parking permit.

To qualify for this exemption, you must have the following:

• Be the registered owner of the vehicle of which you are applying for exemption.
• The vehicle must have DV or be military honors license plates. For more information on how to receive these, please visit the TxDMV webpage and click the "Disabled Veterans" tab.

Instructions

Eligible customers must sign-up and register their vehicle through their Jaguar FlexPort account.

Notify the Parking and Transportation Services office that you are applying for a parking permit fee exemption by telephone or email. Please have your University ID number and vehicle registration document readily available.  

The ONLY person authorized for a parking permit fee exemption is the person to whom the disabled or decorated veteran license plate is issued.
