Option 1: Mail in a check or money order made payable to Texas A&M-San Antonio. Include student name and student id number.

Option 2: Deferred Payment Plan

4 or 5 Payment (Fall and Spring semesters) or 3- Payment (Summer).

Academic Year 2022-2023 Installment Dates:

Fall 2022

  • August 11, 2022 – initial payment
  • September 1, 2022
  • October 3, 2022
  • November 1, 2022
  • December 1, 2022 (5 payment plan only for students in 5-Payment plan)

Spring 2023

  • January 10, 2023 – initial payment
  • February 1, 2023
  • March 1, 2023
  • April 3, 2023
  • May 1, 2023 (5 payment plan only for students in 5-Payment plan)

This payment plan covers tuition and mandatory fees plus any residence hall and dining dollars charges for resident hall students.

The 4-Payment plan is available to students with no residence hall charges. An initial payment of 25% for the 4-Payment plan plus a $15 processing fee is due at the time of establishment of this plan.  The remaining balance will be divided into three equal installment payments during fall or spring

The 5-Payment plan is only available to students with residence hall charges.  An initial payment of 20% for the 5-Payment plan plus a $15 processing fee is due at the time of establishment of this plan.  The remaining balance will be divided into four equal installment payments during fall or spring.

The 3-Payment plan is only available during the summer term.  An initial payment of 25% for the 3-Payment plan plus a $15 processing fee is due at the time of establishment of this plan.  The remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments during summer and will be scheduled throughout the semester.

A $15 late fee will be assessed for each installment payment that is not paid in full by its due date.

Option 3: Payment online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted) or electronic check can be made online through MoneyConnect via JagWire.

Student Business Services will be able to assist you with any questions you may have. Detailed steps for each option is listed below:

I. Deferred Payment Plan Process:  JagWire 

Log into JagWire. You will need your student ID (J# or K#) and your Windows Domain Password.

    • Click on PAYING FOR COLLEGE tab
    • There you will click on the link that says “Pay Online”.
    • Click on MoneyConnect.  
    • Click on "Payment Plans"
    • Choose “Deferred Payment Plan Fall 2021 (i.e. 202210)”
    • Read and follow instructions very carefully.
    • Log out and close web browser.

II. Payment online with Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express - 2.85% convenience fee will be charged) or Electronic Check* Process:   JagWire

Log into JagWire. You will need your student ID (J# or K#) and your Windows Domain Password.

    • Click on PAYING FOR COLLEGE tab
    • There you will click on the link that says “Pay Online”.
    • Click on MoneyConnect.  
    • Click on “Make a Payment”
    • Select Credit Card or Electronic Check
    • Read and follow instructions very carefully.
    • Log out and close web browser.

Debit Card payers:

  • our debit card may be tied to a checking account that could be used to make an electronic check payment online. To do this, be sure to confirm the Routing & Transit number of your financial institution and use the checking account number, not the debit card number on the card, as the account number.
  • You may be able to use your debit card to pay online by allowing it to process as a credit card. If processed as credit you would incur the 2.85% convenience fee.
