Our Shared Responsibility
Computer security is not only a requirement by the State of Texas, TAMUS, and TAMU-SA, it is a shared partnership between faculty, staff, the student body, system administrators, and the University information Security Officer (ISO). In an effort to assure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the University’s electronic information, preventative measures are in place to protect the system, network, and/or connected hosted information technology environments.
