• When are Ring Days?

• What is Ring Day?

  
  Ring Recipients and their guests will be guided by their Ring Leader through an individualized experience. University Rings will start their journey by receiving the spirit of the Jaguar in the dome overnight, and the ring box was honored by the Jaguars at the San Antonio Zoo. Ring Recipients will join their family members for a welcome video before participating in the University Ring Tradition at the President's Seal. A chosen family member will be selected to place the university ring on the Ring Recipient's finger for the first time while standing on the President's Seal. A professional photographer will take free pictures to remember the moment. The Ring Recipients and family will be escorted through campus to 8 different photo moments, including the tradition of placing a penny at the Madla Statue and showing off their ring at the ring monument. Finally, Ring Recipients will be greeted by Herff Jones and Alumni Affairs to conclude the event with a commemorative ring cookie - made by an A&M-SA Alum.

• What happens if I join Herff Jones on Campus?

  
  Students can ask questions, look at rings, and purchase their rings. Individual ring sizers will be available for students.

• What if I need a ring sizer?

  
  A ring-sizing app is available for download when you go through your purchase process on the website www.herffjones.com/college/tamusa

• How much does a ring cost?

  
  Pricing will vary depending on the quality of the ring, diamonds, etc., but rings start at $259, including engraving, and increase from that price point.

• What if I do not order my ring through Herff Jones?

  
  Herff Jones sponsors the Official A&M-San Antonio Class Ring; therefore, only Official Class Rings ordered through Herff Jones are eligible to participate in Ring Days.

• What if I order my ring after Friday, January 27?

  
  You must participate in Ring Days (if you are going to participate at all) in the semester in which you buy your ring. If you order your ring after the deadline, you can participate in Fall 2023 Ring Days on Friday, November 3-Saturday, November 4 (make sure you do not graduate before that).

• How do I sign up for Ring Days?

  
  Details regarding your special day will be made available in the coming weeks. You will receive an invitation to the Ring Days after the deadline to purchase rings has passed.

• What address do I give Herff Jones when ordering my ring?

  
  Please provide Herff Jones with your personal address for their records. Don’t worry; your ring will still be delivered to campus to receive the spirit of the Jaguar.

• How many guests can join me for Ring Days?

  
  Ring Recipients can invite an unlimited group of family members to join in the celebration! Please let us know if you have any questions.
