Jaguar Work/Life Solutions: ComPsych GuidanceResources

ComPsych GuidanceResources, is are new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) effective September 1, 2019.  Our EAP is available at no cost to benefit eligible faculty and staff employees as well as their dependents/household members.

EAP programs offer in-person and telephonic counseling services, training, and have resources to help employee deal with all kinds of stressful issues from parenting to death of a loved one to conflicts at work.

Safe2Save App

Have you heard of SAFE 2 SAVE? You can download this free app on your Apple or Android phone. You earn reward points for not touching your phone while you are driving. As you know, there is now a statewide law prohibiting using your phone while driving, but sometimes we need a little motivation to help us as well! The way the app works is that for every mile you drive without touching your phone, you earn 2 points (the app can still run in the background like maps, hands-free telephone, Spotify, etc.). Once you accumulate some points, you can redeem them for discounts or free things at local restaurants and businesses like Chick-Fil-A, La Madeleine, Bush’s Chicken, and so many more!

Just go to your App Store, search “SAFE 2 SAVE”, download it, go to ‘View Walkthrough’ on the settings page to make sure you are setup correctly, and just open SAFE 2 SAVE each time you get in your vehicle.
