The purpose of the building and room inventory is to:

  • Maintain an up-to-date building and room inventory required by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board  (THECB) and state law.
  • Provide space documentation required of the Federal Government for use in developing the university’s Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate.
  • Provide information for internal assessment of space allocations and utilization.
