Facilities Inventory Database

The purpose of the building and room inventory is to:
- Maintain an up-to-date building and room inventory required by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) and state law.
- Provide space documentation required of the Federal Government for use in developing the university’s Facilities and Administrative Cost Rate.
- Provide information for internal assessment of space allocations and utilization.
