Texas A&M-San Antonio Students can utilize the Testing Center at no charge for A&M-SA course exams that require a proctor or for make-up exams.

It is the student's responsibility to schedule their test date online at least 12 hours prior to the desired time.  Students should coordinate with their professor to ensure that testing materials are received by the Testing Center prior to their examination date. Please inform your professor that exams cannot be taken the same day as registering for the exam.

If you have coordinated with your professor for a make-up exam, or you are taking a classroom exam with the testing center, you should be able to select your specific course rather than a number of hours. These are listed by the course number and professor name.

Exams can only be administered during our hours of operation and are by appointment only.  The Testing Center does not admit walk-in examinees.  Each exam must be taken in one sitting.  Students will not be allowed to leave the testing room, unless the instructor specifies that the test candidate is authorized breaks.

  • Students must have a valid photo ID and be listed on the Class Roster or Testing Form in order to test.
  • All personal belongings and electronic devices, including, but not limited to, purses, bags, watches, cell phones, must be left outside the testing room. The Testing Center provides lockers for all personal belongings.
  • Exams must be administered in one sitting and students are not permitted to leave the testing room, unless instructor has authorized breaks.
