Texas A&M-San Antonio Testing Center proctors examinations for distance-learning students from other institutions and community members seeking certain professional certifications and licensure.  The Testing Center also proctors exams for A&M-SA students who need to take an exam from another institution.  Exams are offered as computer based exams or paper based exams, depending on how the request is made by the home institution or testing agency.  There is an administration fee for proctoring services and is dependent on the length of the exam.

Proctoring fees are collected at time of registration.  The Testing Center does not issue refunds if you finish your exam early nor do we allow you to pay additional fees if you scheduled too little time.  Please check with your instructor, home institution, and/or testing agency to verify your exam length.

Exams can only be administered during our hours of operation and are by appointment only.

Please note, we do not allow students to download software onto our computers or bring outside computers or electronics of any kind into the testing room.  Please contact us prior to your scheduled appointment to provide information on required exam software and testing platforms needed.
